Our tax team represented the client during the appeal of 4 tax audit acts before the National revenue agency and subsequently court representation regarding one of the appealed tax acts. The work comprised of drafting appeal tax act claims and written statements based on evidence for transportation, CMR and customs documents, references from foreign tax administrations documents and complete court representation of the client.
