Subject to the procedure was the purchase of two municipal real estates, owned by Devnya Municipality. The purpose of the purchase was the construction of a facility for separation of waste with subsequent recovery and production of energy.
Our role was to analyse the construction opportunities on the real estates, guide the client through the complex requirements of the procedure, submit the offer and review the agreement to be executed with the municipality. The client won the tender and signed the agreement, with the municipality. Ilieva, Voutcheva and Co. Law Firm is currently assisting the client through the initial steps for realization of the construction of the facility.
